Actually Lesnar losing is where the comedy commences...it makes the WWE look real stupid by having a guy lord over their ranks but gets beat by a guy who moved up from light heavy to heavy...miz and Bryan can destroy them over that in a promo to hype up their match for instance.

Nah, Brock could be written to lose to Finn Balor or Daniel Bryan or Alexa Bliss and it wouldn't matter because wrestling is scripted.
UFC is an actual combat sport and Daniel Cormier is an actual athlete who would be facing Brock in an actual fight where the winner is not pre-ordained (unless the judging is sketchy).
On top of that Cormier is UFC's champ and has been actively competing in a real sport. while Brock has been part-time play fighting for the past few years.
Brock losing to Cormier is not going to do anything to make WWE look any more stupid than WWE routinely makes itself look on a weekly basis.

I dunno - I've only seen him in limited fights, but I always got the idea that he was the earnest, hard working Bret Hart to Jon Jones' cocky, controversial Shawn Michaels.

It makes them look stupid because Lesnar less over by default and it makes a mockery of the booking. Real or not..that means nothing. These cats fell for a Chicago wannabe who got beat up.by a dude with a girl's name.

Beside Conor, UFC have no draw. DC & Stipe who ever won is going to get paid.

And Conor hasnt fought for them in nearly 2 years

Fight ain't happening until January at the earliest and DC made it clear he wants more than just USADA testing. If he's not confident 100% that Brock is clean, he won't fight him.
