BTW Luther wasn't simping anybody, he was still married to the woman plus they were still fukking right until she got killed by that corrupt cop, how else was he gonna act?

Also, Alice had dirt on him that she could have used to get him locked up, so he couldn't just turn her in like that anyway.

I watch a lot of British television and don't really see any stereotyping as I would see it as an American, I guess. I don't live there but, from an outside perspective, they all seem pretty culturally homogeneous.

I also think that 'breaking America' is just a thing. A lot of people try to do it.

I've watched British TV and i have to agree with this. I have family in East London, and I've been to the UK three times in my life to visit them. It's just different over there.

Personally, I think American TV is absolutely disgusting which is why I don't watch it anymore. I was going to make a thread about that.

Brazil is a diverse nation too, but their media doesn't reflect that at all. In fact, it's worse over there.

Richard Blackwood could have been the first Idris Elba...

Not surprised.
But, the thing I don't like is that these black British actors are "stealing" acting jobs away from black American actors. That has got to stop. Buy American.

racism is rife in Britain, go live in some parts of Scotland n see for yourself

They're just not as blatant with it as they are in America. The nation doesn't necessarily like the diversity despite what they try to portray to the world.

Blackwood was/is nowhere near as talented as Elba.

I mean in terms of exposure and being a name brand. He's not as talented as Elba, but his name would have been out there a long time ago if he was marketed the same way Idris was. Of course he would have been crushed once Idris came on the scene.

Nope.
Fact is, if you're really trying to make a bigger impact you need to be here. That's about it. Anyone who says differently is full of shyt.
