Bruh,

We could have had
HC : Steve Wilkes
OC : Duce Staley
DC : Ejiro Evero

:wow:
I’m trying my best to give Reicht the benefit of the doubt, but it’s hard….

I hope he plans on retiring soon cause both of our coordinators are gonna be on most teams short list of head coaching candidates in the next two years…(Evero and I think Bryan Johnson from Philly is gonna be OC)

Folks bout to be a assistant/coordinator for the rest of eternity. Hope he made his peace wit that.

First off I'll say as a Lions fan this move concerns me. He's a damn good coordinator.

With that out the way I agree with you and kind of wonder if we're witnessing the next phase of NFL teams bullshytting black coaches. Previously the move was to bring in a black coach for that first Rooney Rule interview before immediately hiring your white guy. Now it seems like the teams are interviewing black coaches multiple times, bringing them back for a second or even third interview before ultimately selecting a white coach they prob always wanted. Flores was never getting a HC job this year yet got multiple interviews in Arizona and Indy. Same thing is happening to our black DC, Aaron Glen. Just seems like they're being strung along in a very welcoming, comprehensive process before being shown the door.

True or not, he wasn't get that job from the jump. You think any of these owners realistically want a taste of the same medicine of having texts and etc exposed potentially?

Brian is a great DC!!!! Great hire!

Imagine the Vikings having him this year instead!

If no one gets injured or traded they can really make a run this year and not really on Kirks arm.

KOC's rookie year in NE was also Flores' first year coaching there.

This is a good hire and can probably springboard Flores into another HC gig.
