I'm surprised it hasn't been recommended but you can try an enema, OP. I don't think there is any way it won't work.

You can get a disposable Fleet one or purchase the whole enema/douche bag set (bag is usually red and they have the kits at CVS or Walgreens).

If you get the kit, you can fill the bag with warm water, hang the bag high so gravity works to push the water through up your rectum and small intestine within seconds. Lay on your left side so the water can get in as deeply as possible and massage your abdomen as the water flows in. Peristalstis (contractions) is immediately triggered and your body will reflexively respond with a movement, pushing everything back out.

Take in only as much water at a time as you can handle, eliminate whatever comes out, and do it several more times until the bag is empty. By the time you are done, you should only be pooping water once everything else has been eliminated.
I wouldn’t stick anything up my ass just YET.

This should never really happen, not normal.

It sounds like this is happening more then it should, the times it happened do u feel it’s because u lacked water or something u ate?

If not U MIGHT have a chronic condition, but only a doctor can tell u or figure that out. It doesn’t sound serious so I wouldn’t worry.

Please take the MOM and bisacodyl and see what’s up.
I feel like it's usually something that I ate, but I probably need to see whats up

Ya just take what I told u, it’s gonna help u.

A doctor will probably tell u to take that or a stool softener. If he’s concerned he will refer u to a gastroenterologist and they’ll stick a camera down ur throat and probably ur ass.

I;m 21 years old, so they won't take me seriously because I don't think I have had family members with this issue
Everybody needs to know their family history
That is essential information
You need to know as a young man
It could be nothing
But it also could be something
Or
The start of something
Had my gallbladder removed at 26
Drink more water
And stay a way from sugary drinks
Increase your vitamin intake
Or
A good multivitamin
Look into different herbs
Invest in a squatty potty
It helps you relax and helps you shyt
In the supposed natural state
Helps me:yeshrug:
Stay a way from a lot of starch/fried food/complex carbs
Definitely cut your bread intake
Watch certain medication
Like Ibuprofen or acetophenamin(Tylenol/BC powder)
Watch your alcohol intake
If it persist
No matter what
Listen to yourself and force doctors to listen as well
Never take no for the answer

The worst constipation I ever had was after I got my wisdom teeth taking out. For three days all I did is drink liquids and it was like pushing out a baby when I pooped a nikka sweating and straining thought I was gonna die on the toilet like that nikka in the sopranos

I was straining and that ish was just hanging like goku tail

Metamucil, or take some exlax. Anything with high fiber will help. Also drinking water helps loosen stool. That’s why they say it’s good to always drink a couple cups a day. The blood is probably from trying to go to the bathroom and you’re straining yourself, don’t force it If you can’t go. Take Probiotics Regularly since it’s good for gut health, or you can just eat yogurt.

Used to have recurring stomach issues until I visited a gastroenterologist. Turned out my gut flora was out of balance due to a presence of a particular type of bacteria. Did a colonoscopy as well to rule anything else out. I feel great now. Health is wealth OP. Forget all of these home remedies and visit a specialist.

After that just make sure you incorporate a high fiber diet and increase your water intake.

I mean I'm pushing it out really hard when I have to shyt, so the straining makes sense for blood. But these symptoms are the same as colon cancer :picard:

Also ulcerative colitis. Chron's. Diverticulitis.

And if you start seeing dark red blood (rare, upper GI) instead of bright red (common, lower GI) within the next 48 hours??

I say this bluntly to intentionally cause you concern. Not because it's a joke or funny or even that I believe you may genuine have a chronic illness, but so that hopefully it'll spur you into actually being proactive with your health and going to the doctors office instead of consulting TheColi.

One thing that really helps you go bathroom immediately are these, you’re gonna cramp up afterwards but you’re guaranteed to hit the restroom after having these.

Constipation can give you anal fissure and hemorrhoids (blood on stool) and will leave your ass sore for weeks. For treatment I recommend taking a bath with epsom salt to heal & soothe the hemorrhoids and putting Miralax in whatever beverage you drink, also drink plenty of water and eat as much fiber as you can.

colace would likely help
