I’ve had constipation issues since I was a kid because I would often hold it in when it was time to go, which I ended up regretting later on.
Over the past 4 years, it worsened to the point where I developed hemorrhoids, and things have only gone downhill since then.
There’s been times where I’ve had blood in my stool but I managed to fix that on my own.
Unless I have a stomach ache, I can’t poop without straining a lot. For most people, it doesn’t require much effort, you either exert as little effort as passing gas, or it just happens naturally when you need to go. I’ve forgotten what that feels like.
I had surgery 3 weeks ago to treat the hemorrhoids, but if I can’t fix my constipation and straining issues, they’re just going to come back.
