I'm in Vietnam. 13 hrs vancouver to taipei. 2 hours taipei to hanoi. Slept half and watched movies the other time.

Wear compression socks. But I would wear them whether in coach or first class.

If someone wanted to go to either China or Japan and asked for your suggestion which one would you choose?

It's Japan, but not necessarily because China is the boogeyman, it's just boring.

You need a visa to enter mainland China. So if you're confined to Hong Kong and Macau without one, I mean, cool, but I do think Japan is fair richer in culture than either one of these options.

Hong Kong has cool skylines

Some of the more industrial areas have character, but the seedier stuff like the Walled-City was torn down years ago.

It's a cool spot though, but would go with Japan if I had to choose.

Try to fly economy plus or business if you can afford it.

I would get drunk and fall asleep. Worry more about the jet lag.

I'm tall, it was ROUGH. Flight from Boston to Hong Kong was full and took 15.5 hours. Tokyo to Chicago was about 11.5 hours but it was a half full flight and I had a whole row to myself. If you can split it so the longest leg is no more than 12 hours, do it.

I just came back from Japan last week, the flight isn't bad, watch a couple of movies, have a Nintendo switch on you,
And sleep about 6 hours you'll be there alot faster. The airplane meals are low key fire too

When you think about the thousands of plane that travel across the country each day without issue that should settle you down.
These flight attendants make a living traveling on planes each day

Vietnamese have the GOAT face card in SEA in my opinion. They like brothas out there?

I had a chance when I was in BKK for three months. Ended up going to PP Cambodia instead. Wish I would have made it to Vietnam.

I'm SEA (Malay) so I'm not sure. My fiancé is Vietnamese-Canadian so that's why I'm always out here. Always wanted to visit Siem Reap in Cambodia for Angkor Wat.

Visiting my girls family. I been to HCMC, Hanoi, Da Nang (Hoi An) and Nha Trang. I prefer the beach cities (Da Nang, Nha Trang).

I’ll be in Okinawa from mid Jan to the end of March. If you come to the island, I know of all the good eats. I don’t know anything about the women.

You get the Japanese princesses, the Thai women who take care of you + you get to PAWG with the Russians if you want, and finally smash the Aussie freaks.

I can only imagine the debauchery of that trip. I was on Koy Soi during the full moon festival. Them Aussies and Israeli princesses get DOWN.

I had to fly from San Francisco to Osaka when I was in the military. Heights and water my two biggest fears but Japanese airplanes are nice as hell so I was cool. That 16 hours was a bytch though. Going 12 hours & just seeing water is crazy
