PDM Perseus today, but lately

1. Burberry Hero EDP - GREAT scent. I can see why this is flying off shelves.
2. Bleu de Chanel EDT - the Original - Wearing this in 2024, and not the EDP and Parfum, makes me wonder what the fragrance game was like right before it got released. This was a game changer back then, but it's only cool to me.
3. Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme - Put this on by accident a few days ago. I thought I HATED THIS. I'm just not enthused by it.

Still cold enough to wear most of my cold weather joints. The Oud Affair, Dark Lord, Oud for Greatness, SWY Intensely, etc.

What did you think of Perseus?

I like it.
I just wasn't blown away.

If the 75ml bottle ever goes under $150 at discounters, I'd consider it. Not automatic, but I'd think about it.

Definitely liked it. I liked it more than I expected. But I've got 6-7 grapefruit forward scents. Even on serious discount, I don't need another big bottle.

What's funny is I actually saw this earlier in the week when browsing a website and it was so cheap I considered buying it. Like under $20.

Some fragrances will fill multiple scenarios. Other fragrances you have something specific in mind.

That's how I try to think about it when I buy stuff right now. But that's just me. Other guys have different ways of thinking.

I just got it but B-612 by Nishane.

People would say that Layton by Parfums de Marly isn't niche, but except for the hottest days, it's pretty solid.

Burlington 1819 by Roja

None of those are cheap though. Just add whatever people recommend to your list of decants so you can sample first. You might spend like $50 -$70 sampling but it's better than $200 for something you hate and have to sell.
