Im 6'2 218... I used muscle milk for protein and I took ultra vita man packs. I also cut way back on salt to eliminate water weight. I started this in high school, I was about 6'0 180 and i use to use creatine but it bulked me up all the way to about 240, I was solid but it made me hold a lot of water but when I switched to the other, I leaned up. I still eat anything I want too, but I work out 5 days a week and do p90x 3 days a week to help woth flexibility. Oh yeah I eat a shyt load of lean beef, steak chicken turkey, all of that, im jist not fond of fish for real.

Back in June I invested in some Mass Gainer and Protein tube when they were on sale. Two scoops of the mass, two scoops of protein, and 2 cups of almond milk was about 1000 calories (about 30% of what I need for the day).

I take a couple gulps throughout the day because taking half in the morning/night had me sluggish and at high risk of an upset stomach:no:

If you can afford to put on a little fat like I did, hit up Aldi's and cop the two-dollar frozen pizza's and eat one every other day. High in fat but so are the calories and protein. My bodyfat didn't go up much since everything else I was eating was decent/healthy and I was going hard at the gym.

Im 5'10 and a half, just a little under 147. For a while i was trying to gain weight, didnt have any luck but I think i finally found the right exercises for myself. Im much stronger then I've ever been and Im happy at this weight now, im very fast and wiry strong. My arms are a little skinny but my shoulders have widened, my back is ripped, my whole upper body. My legs are decent sized, they look proportionate to the rest of my body. Theres nothing wrong with being a welterweight fellas

Me too. I'm trying something different now. For 2-3 meals out of the day i will have:

1. Yoplait Yogurt - 170 Calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 5 g protein
2. I banana about 100 Calories
3. An apple or Peach about 70 calories.
4. A Protein Shake With Low fat Milk - 260 Calories 8 g of fat, 30 g of protein.

This is hardly a heavy meal but its about 600 low fat, high protein calories. I'm eating this meal 3 times a day. In addition to eating a regular lunch and dinner.

Also because a meal like this is so low in fat, i can even indulge a little with my dinner and lunch choices and still hit my fat intake goals.

i was a vegeterian for 10 yrs made the switch to eating chicken again about a month ago...it was hard bulking up for me until i started eating meat again...eat as much as you want i also started to take re-grow from gnc...seems to be working out good...try it

Im 6'1-6'2 probably 160lbs... Im sure i dont eat enough, only lunch and dinner. But i live that on the go lifestyle so i dont have time to cook proper meals. (was working 60+ hrs during the summer and now im going to school while still working full time.)

Anyway ideally i would like to be around 180-185, and yes i have a gym membership

How many times a day do you eat? How many times a week do you lift? That's why I am glad I was fat as a youngin', it's way easier to slim down than to bulk up. Even without eating more, muscle weighs more than fat, you should be able to add 10 lbs no problem. To gain 25 lbs is gonna take some real dedication, simply may not be possible without drugs. You should focus on eating at least 2 solid meals, 2 light meals, and snacking throughout the day. You don't want to stuff yourself, but you want to keep constantly eating. The constant flow of energy is going to feed your muscle growth. When you lift, do 4-5 sets of low reps with heavy weight, and then max out with Calisthenics. E.g., a guy like you can probably bench your bodyweight no sweat, so I would go up to 215, 225, 235, 245 and do 6 reps of each. When you're done, do pushups until you can't do anymore. Oh, and it's important to snack before and after each workout. The basic idea is to run your body like a factory. You don't want your body to go looking for energy in your muscles or fat deposits, you want it to go looking for energy in your stomach. So as long as your stomach is always full, your body will go there to get the energy to increase your muscles. Good luck b, and most importantly, learn to be proud of your body the way it is. I'd give anything to be 6'6" 270 at 5% bodyfat, but it's not gonna happen :yeshrug:
