How do yall nikkas eat that many calories daily? Somebody post an example of a day's consumption, is it done by eating big macs or something :what:
From the numbers I see on food labels, you'd have to eat like 6+ meals daily. There has to be something Im missing here :ld:

i eat between 2100-2300

sample:

4 eggs 3 slice bacon
280 + 200 = ~500 @ ~40g protein

chick fil a sandwich =
440 @ ~30g protein

2 protein shakes(2 scoop syntha 6 + 20 oz 2% milk)
650 @ 65g protein x 2

2240 cal @ 200g protein

when you cut out liquid calories(excluding protein shakes) the options are pretty open

change out a protein shake for a steak or chicken breast + baked potato :smugfavre:

4 eggs 320 cal
4 slices of wheat bread 300 cal (or 400 depending on the size of bread)
orange juice 12 oz 165 cal

12 oz 2% milk 170 cals
1 serving of natural peanut butter 190 cals
couple servings of fruit throughout the day 200-300 cals
5 oz chicken breast 150ish cals (sometimes 99/1 lean turkey burgers with jalepenos)
1 serving brown rice 170 cals

8 oz steak 470ish cals (or comparable chicken, lean ground beef)
baked potato 6 oz 170ish cals
veggies 150-200 cals

gatorade 80-100 cals

12 oz 2% milk 170
peanut butter 190
oats 150 cals + 2 scoops of protein usually 280ish cals

3400ish cals, 200+ protein, 300ish carbs, i'm guessing around 90ish fats

I only count calories and protein while bulking though and I'm not strict in eating 3400-3500 every day. If I plateau I'll eat 3500-4000 till I break it, if I feel like I'm gaining too much fat i'll eat 3000 for awhile.

I'm usually done eating by 7 and go to bed around 1 am but I work out around 830 pm.

I think ground beef would be the cheaper alternative if you cook, and McDonalds + protein shake would be the even cheaper one. I only eat steak like 3 days a week but it's delicious (ceo10k/day lifestyle). Dinner is the meal I usually am the most flexible on I just try to eat 40 grams of protein and get about 400-500 cals out that protein source.

How many calories where you eating when you hit 190, breh?

I don't even know exactly, man. Here's how I did it and how my manager told me to do it.

The gainer I was using (Amplified Mass XXX) was 750 calories in FOUR scoops. I split it up into two servings of TWO scoops. So one gainer shake in the morning with breakfast...one closer in the evening with dinner.

I'd blend mine with bananas, skim milk, and natural peanut butter to add extra calories and then take my shake after breakfast, which was usually two packs of diet oatmeal.

Then I'd go to work and I'd have a foot-long, chicken shawarmas, or baked chicken & brown rice from home. After work, train, post-workout shake.

Go home, chill, eat dinner (we usually always do some sort of brown rice & meat (either turkey or baked chicken), and then the 2nd shake right after.

I was just making sure to add calories to my meals and purposely eat more during the day. My co-workers at GNC kind of helped...one was a former amateur bodybuilder & the manager played semi-pro football so they were always like "Hey...wanna eat? Let's eat."

It's exhausting if you're not into forcing yourself to eat but it can be done. Don't worry about counting. Just eat (cleanly) as much as you can find. Almonds & shyt work great as snacks in between.

I hear you, breh. I'm a solid 178 right now (maybe 181 on a good day). I came from 170ish last summer. I started my bulking about 2 weeks ago and I'm pushing for 190 by the beginning of next year (Feb. maybe). The thing is, I'm not the cleanest of eaters. I'll eat fried chicken instead of baked, often. :manny:

Been trying to eat 2500 calories a day, which is easy for now, but when school picks back up Monday, I know imma have problems. I've been eating a few spoons of natural peanut butter a day to fill in some calorie gaps, but the shyt is still rough. :wow:

I might have to up my calorie intake, I don't know.

How many calories where you eating when you hit 190, breh?

Man i need to stay away from this thread. Y'all get to eat whenever u want :ohlawd:

I wish it was the other way around for me breh.. im 6'2 158lb.. :shaq2:

eating is a mission for me... if i ever want to get bigger i have to eat every 2 to 3 hours or else imma stay skinny. :bryan:
