The Embiid comparisons need to stop. Wiseman doesn’t have 1/100000000000000000th of Embiid’s ability, and he never will. Embiid is a transcendent talent (this was obvious before he even came into the league), and Wiseman is Yinka Dare with a Penny co-sign. I don’t know what the hell anyone ever saw in him; he hasn’t displayed any attribute of an elite big man. He has stone hands, he doesn’t have any court awareness and BBIQ, he plays without purpose, and pretty much lacks nearly every basketball skill. Nxggas were fooled by his size, how fast he could run North-South and the desperate need for the ‘big man’ to return, that they ended up being caught in the shiny new toy syndrome.

I told y’all from the very beginning that this would end in a disaster for GS if they drafted him, and even then I couldn’t imagine it turning out this bad. They can’t even trade him because he has no value.
Go ahead and pull that thread or quote like you usually do.

You really really dislike the kid. :heh:

Let the youngin play a full season first.
This isn’t about liking/disliking the kid. This is about his game (lack thereof) and how the Warriors fukked up drafting him. I don’t need to see him play a full season when I know what his game is all about, and waiting until he plays a full season is part of the problem. By the time that comes the Warriors’ window will be over.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, James Wiseman has been ruled out for the remainder of the season as he continues to rehab his right knee.
This news is far from shocking as Wiseman has yet to play this season, and things got even worse when he reportedly suffered a setback just a few days ago. On the optimistic side, the medical staff taking their sweet time means that Wiseman should be 100% ready for the start of the 2022-2023 season, and he’s absolutely worth keeping an eye on in redraft leagues as someone with minimal competition at the five in Golden State. His ADP next season will be all over the place at first, but it will all depend on how he looks in the offseason, preseason and so on.
