I've been doing 5 grams a day and my endurance is entering the next level, I'm doing 30 minutes of high intensity cardio before workouts and still have the energy to lift. By August my quads are gonna be monstrous with all the leg press work I've been putting in, I'm trying to have my jeans looking like leggings again.

I'm 175 6'4 I believe I need the protein shakes. I'm gained 10 pounds in 1 1/2 but the cretin should help me build strength right?

@Originalgangsta317 I'm using muscle milk currently.

Yea creatine will help build strength.

Protein shakes aren't needed,if you can eat eggs,greek yogurt and lean meats with protein that will do it,but shakes won't hurt

Nah,I can prolly upload one up tommorow tho,but I'm about 6'2 200,cut from 225 and creatine help me keep most of my strength:wow:


nikka I'm the same height. I wanna max at 200 maybe 210 and cut that shyt down to 185-190.

So when I get this stuff how should I use it? Pretty and post? And how much to I use?

I just use 2 spoons of it with water and take it within 45 minutes after I work out,it's gon take a few days possibly weeks to kick in but once it does...............:wow:

It doesn't matter when you take it. And 5g is all you need.

OK. Keep taking 10 grams and pissing half of it into your toilet.

Ok,will do,5 grams is wrong,you wrong,depends on body weight,why would 130 pound man take the same amount of dosage as a 250 pound man? Yea you wrong,do your research before you speak
