Make a weekly food diary of everything you eat. Youd be surprised at how much you snack and how much sugar you eat.

Do a weekly money diary. Youd be surprised at how much money you waste on a daily basis.

Cut back on the sugar and cut back on the wasteful spending.

Put the extra money in a money market account

set the charcoal and throw some lighter fluid on it a few hours before you light it so its easier to start


When you feel you have too much cash on you put it in a bottle or pockets of coats and jackets that you dont wear often. Youll thank yourself later.




Bbq’n fish . Hit the store for the cedar wood plank

clean the shyt outta ya sink


Soak the plank in water for like 4 hours

throw it on the grill with ya favorite fish

You get that smokey flavore while all the fat escapes the fish and its still cooked healthy

Do 100 pushups a day. If you already got a workout regimen, add 100 pushups a day. If you don't have a workout regimen, do 100 pushups a day.

In 2 weeks you will see a difference. Let alone a month or 2.
Benn doing this then last two weeks. Already feeling stronger and the traps looking better. Gonna try and just do this every day. Prolly add 100 sit ups to it too
