Its 200k roughly and that included everything from solar, plumming, installation, permits...everything.

I can buy land cheap in my area the issue is paying for this to be built I don’t have that kind of capital laying around. I for thought this start up house would be around 10k-20k. In some places it less to have a real house built from the ground up.

So explain to me how you would make money of this asset?

how many shares did you buy?

I told my wife to buy alot however since she's cheap I'm sure she didnt buy enough, I cant do it because online banking is link to her phone, according to wellsfargo online banking only allows access via her phone, so anything I want on the Robin hood app unfortunately has to go through her.

I'm changing that today, bought to open a account with another bank just to so i can trade through my phone without having to tell her about it

The floor is (theoretically) around $10 for SPACs so this seems relatively safe.
Bout to cash out around merger so I'm not left holding the bag

Grabbed a single share, still holding on to my Ford shares

When did you buy those ford shares?

And do you mind saying how much you bought?

:jbhmm:

I think it was a good move if you bought in march/April but I think you can do better by putting that money to work in different stocks.

Edit: my personal opinion, last decade saw the rise of the tiny computer/smart phone and I think the 2020s will see the rise of Electric vehicles. Exxon mobil got booted from the S&P 500 (ie they're not even a top 500 corp anymore by the index standards).

I was playing around on Robinhood at work back in November. I copped my first and only stock at the time which was workhorse for like $2.

I eventually deleted the app. I redownloded it a few months ago and saw that workhouse was now $18 a share. I NEVER want to feel that feeling that I felt driving home ever again. I’m jumping on this.

Everywhere...You never there.
Look back at some of the “bargain” and penny stocks these dudes were hyping up 6 months ago ... only like 1 percent of them at most yielded anything . Take these dudes’ “tips” with a grain of salt . Do your research !

So I'm taking a closer look at this and it looks like it has potential but this is the lowest it's been after two rallies.
what caused those rallies?
just bought 50 shares and an out of the money call.
I bought a put just in case

where do you buy your calls and why there?
