Brokerage accounts are not insured at all?

They are but it's more of a hassle than it is with normal banks. People who got screwed had to go through a class action lawsuit. During that time you'd be missing out on potential gains.

You're just better off going through a broker that takes security seriously. Robinhood is more worried about getting a product to market.

This is his second run and a car start up company but now he has major funds behind him and will absolutely be tesla best competitor.

Late next year there dropping a legit full electric 400 mile SUV at 37k price point.
Also with a lease option for 300 a month with a 50k mile per year limit which is unheard of for a lease.
