Wouldnt the merger between spartan energy acquisition and fisker drive up stocks due to potential, wouldnt this be the best time to get in? Once this takes off its only uphill especially if the fisker ocean does numbers?
No.. SPACs in general have taken a hit since NKLA ended up being a fraud. That's generally speaking why SPAQ has fallen from near $20/share to $10/share to begin with.. Plus, the SEC was talkin about more regulations concerning SPACs which doesn't concern me but it did scare some people off.
That's not to say SPACs are dead. IPOB for example has had a nice run off $10/share recent and ARK invest has even bought shares themselves.
Regardless.. once the merger happens it could go up from there but that is all dependent on positive news catalysts. Once the merger happens as an investor you no longer have the built in wall of $10/share protection...
So now would be the best time to buy and then hold until merger. From that point it's up to Fisker to show they are really bout it.
