Joint could go to single digits by next week. But what bothers me is there's no real timetable on the merger.

Full electric is bullshiit if it takes 15 - 30 minutes to fill up a tank. I understand improvements are being made, but that needs to hit the marketplace.
Hybrids sound like the way to go still.
Sounds like it would be nice automobile to invest in though. I just don't trust going to all electric when the infrastructure or speed is not there to fill up.

I think that's why they have the pods/stations at grocery stores and department stores. Those are places where people go and spend a good amount of time in.

It would require a lifestyle change but it's doable. You basically charge up overnight and never have to add a trip to the gas station on your way to wherever. On top of that you can put a charging station in any parking lot/garage.
Also it's easier to create an autonomous electric car than it is to create an autonomous gas powered car.

Exactly, a level 2 charger at your house is fine, not to mention the model S and the Fisker ocean will be able to get 300 mile range before needing a charge, not to mention the solar panels on the roof if the car an regenerative breaking will allow you add miles while moving.

Actually I'm in the works of putting a adu, hopefully a condo style adu in my backyard "literally" it's a 200k project but the projection an added value to the house could possibly bring it from 650k to about 1.5 mill...
