Yea I only turned 12k into 150k into 650k but yes don't listen to me..

I've been thinking about eventually parlaying some of my capital into real estate. Getting a commercial 20 unit apartment building is one of the end games.
That damn transaction fee for real estate though

I've always followed the company I knew about ocean years ago....but they only recently went public Fisker needed to another source of revenue to really get shyt going so they went public, this let me know that there serious.
Also they learned from the previous mistake of trying to do everything themselves but not having enough resources to do so effectively....the quality was always there, now they got a partner and going public...its only uphill from now on.

worst case is the stock goes down. If so then no big deal. But if it goes up? shyt man all you gonna say is “my bad”. Even worse you might even forgot you made this post.

There is a cheaper an more effective way.
The future is buying land and building ADU's.
Actually I'm in the works of putting a adu, hopefully a condo style adu in my backyard "literally" it's a 200k project but the projection an added value to the house could possibly bring it from 650k to about 1.5 mill...
I'm trying to do this model right here with this company

I’ll definitely look into this and might even drop some bread but it went down damn near $1 Friday which was almost a 10% drop in one day. Over 30% drop in the past 3-4 weeks. I’d say if u gone invest in this, u should prolly let it come down more.
Nothing like buying high then seeing it drop to half the price and realizing you could’ve waited a few weeks and copped twice as many.
You think it’s only going uphill from here OP?
No sarcasm with the question btw, I just don’t see the stock market making any huge strides anytime soon. Seems like most stocks are on a downtrend. And a quick glance at the charts for SPAQ says it’s on a downtrend, at least for the immediate foreseeable future.
Nothing like buying high then seeing it drop to half the price and realizing you could’ve waited a few weeks and copped twice as many.

Correct but your looking at the right now. By the time this goes to market the encomony will have recovered alot up, also factor in the electric care rebates especially in California a rich state that wants to go all electric asap could carry this company alone
Its low now but that's the best time to buy in, even at 10 dollars per is low.

Copped me a quick 10 shares just now. Market was down so I was able to get it under $10. Not sure if I’ll buy more, but at the end of the day the money I put in is nothing to miss and if something comes from it at least i won’t be in the thread months later like, “damn why didn’t I do it when I had the chance”
