I'm the same way..

Honestly just being cordial with people and smiling at certain times and not being awkward around people and in conversations is charismatic.

I was living in Seattle...so the people keep to themselves, and don't really do small talk with strangers..so just by smiling hello in passing people will deem you as charismatic.

But I mean i've had people say they feel better after talking to me...and people who interact with me say they sense i'm a good dude.

It you're charismatic you probably speak and act in a way that empowers the people around you. You get them on your side because you made them feel good about themselves. Like a commander that gets folks hyped and ready to die for the cause or that cult leader who talks his people into drinking the kool aid. Doesn't work on every one but it can get you far or give you access to shyt no matter what kind of person you are.
