I don't have a problem confronting the problem we have with young black boys and how they deal with anger, rejection, emotions, etc. It's a problem. But here's the big problem I have: statistically black girls are as disruptive and violent as young boys in classrooms. They get suspended more in fact. Yet there is virtually no discourse on black girls in this regard. All the focus is on black boys and it's never about helping them. It's about pathologizing them. We end up with "black boys are a problem and someone needs to do something about it." Can anyone name another marginalized group that gets talked about like that?

I agree. So since the general consensus is, we don’t really trust the parents to teach them that, what’s the next step? Do we attempt to implement it in school? Which I don’t think it’s a bad idea btw.
I wouldn’t trust the public school system to teach emotional discipline, they can barely (properly) teach the subjects they’re supposed to teach now. :unimpressed:

The solution is nuclear black families.

You fear telling the truth, because you are worried about being labeled MAGA? Well I do not have that fear. I will call out the bullshyt, no matter which side is peddling it at the time. Cis is used in a derisive manner by Feminists and LGBTQ+ people. Since they are the same ones that have pushed the idea that people are what they consider themselves to be, I find it interesting that they are so intent on forcing people to accept a label or category (they are synonyms) they have created.
Need more brothers out here who feel the same. I’m with you on that; I don’t fear it.

That's what time she is on. Being direct, she is the sort of person who should be kept out of the profession. We don't need her spreading her poison to the vulnerable.

This is why I blocked this bytch. She talking to crackers about Black Men being garbage. She's an opp.

I don't know what cis means, or what the video is about. I just see some loud mouths yapping off and getting sonned by a girl. :laff: :laff: :laff: No different if they got schooled by the nerd or white boy

But people support politicians who create spaces that encourage this dialog though. People seriously need to pay attention to whats happening out here.

what’s the truth? I don’t fear shyt about none of it. I like being well read on a myriad of topics. I’m personally not going to say the word ‘cis’ verbally but I don’t like being ignorant. But like I said earlier, if you aren’t cisgender you are transgender. Those are categories that you don’t have to use but may be helpful to atleast understand what they mean. It could help you from being in a situation you don’t wanna be in….:dame:

My wife has been a teacher for over 20 years. She got out the classroom in the last 2 years becoming a School Librarian.

I remember her telling me multiple times, her most troubling students have mainly been girls. The boys were a problem here and there, and there were some real hellions she told me about. Still, most of the boys were more respectful and willing to take admonishment and criticism, The girls were a lot more disruptive. Now it is only anecdotal evidence, but I am putting it up to just agree with the post above based on what my wife has told me her experiences are.

One thing I don’t like is how the divest community uses femicide as a way to get more Black women into their fold. I definitely seen some Divesters in the comment.

I don't care what silly language they use, the actions/behavior is the identifier.

This woman is insane. How is having a partner "privelege"? Privelege implies something that is unearned. Having a partner requires work and sacrifice.

Anyone who's anti nuclear family has been brainwashed by postmodern leftist ideology. Cope x1000.
She's acting like you can't have a nuclear family and also have extended family too. Smh
