Fear mongering would imply that these are hypotheticals that will probably never happen... when in fact the SCOTUS already have their ready written opinions for a lot more to come aside from Roe v. Wade. for example.. anything that specifically targets OUR community for the better will be challenged and then upheld on what the SCOTUS is already saying..
