While I do not believe they will ever allow a business/institution to discriminate based on race (this is why affirmative action was just repealed), if people are so worried about it, then why not start our own institutions? Worried that a business/fire department/hospital won't serve you because you're black? Then start building black institutions.
There is already so much anti-black discrimination in education, healthcare, business, etc and you still want to give these people your money even though they keep telling you they don't fukk with you. In any other thread people will be talking about how we need to fix our communities and all that militant shyt, but in this thread everyone is begging for the right to have racist white people to take their money. We need our own businesses, we need our own apps, we need our own cloud, we need our own fire departments, police departments, schools, etc.
Am I saying this decision was a good thing? No. I am saying be the change you want to see instead of just sitting around on a hip hop message board complaining that hip hop is ruining our communities while you do nothing to make our communities more resilient and prosperous.
Think back to all those threads where people are arguing over the root cause for all the violence and destruction in our communities. The most common answers are hip hop, the culture, single mothers, etc and anyone who says white supremacy is laughed out the thread. But now white supremacy is overtly rolling back legal rights and negroes are acting scary instead of standing by their own stated philosophies. If the problem isn't white supremacy and the issues come from our culture/communities, why not focus on building up our own institutions?

You're changing the nature of the hypothetical. An emergency surgeon legally refusing to treat black people citing religious reasons isn't the same as a doctor committing illegal malpractice or performing substandardly.

The hypothetical was very specific. You bring your kid to a surgeon in an emergency situation. He legally turns you down due to religious reasons and your kid dies. The law gives you no recourse.

This is not the same condition as a racist doctor deliberately or negligently killing your kid. Those things are illegal. The hospital would be sued and the surgeon could face criminal charges.

I agree with this for the most part… but just to be clear, affirmative action does not prevent those entities discriminating against someone against their race, that is really the civil rights act and the 14th amendment which is still intact and hopefully will be enforced unlike they failed to do for the first 80 years after its inception.
It's blatantly been the plan since a nikka became president. Not a coincidence that the "make america great again" surfaced while he was president either. That was the last straw for these cacs.
But hey, the USA had it's run of over 200 years. Very few empires last that long without a major shift/rebellion.
thing is this ruling essentially goes against the act and amendment. Something has got to give. That's why I don't understand why they even made this move as it opens a HUGE can of worms. But oh well.
