Besides the typical amicus curiae briefs, the ones that should scare you are the shadow docket joints. They can rule on those without any explanation or opinion. They’re the ones where a billionaire buys your childhood home to garner favor with the court.

The issue is entire towns would do this to black people. People passing through town stopping to get gas, only to be refused and stranded. thats how we got the green book.
The only solution is to just murder those who refuse to service. And when the next person refuses to service, murder them. Eventually they'll stop refusing to service. And if those businesses close down, that's ok. Those gaps in services can be refilled.
And people say "yeah? Well what are you going to do when they refuse to give you a license to operate and permits?!" Fortunately those people can be murdered too.
