This story is so bizarre; first the shooter killed himself, to the cops having him in custody, to now border patrol killing him. What the hell is going on?

That was pretty much obvious just from the fact that a "swat team" was assembled and didn't do anything. Just the fact that Border Patrol had to be there in the 1st place was a sign that these dudes didn't know what they were doing.
