If you was a lock to get aborted you and the only reason you born is because it's illegal now you're unlikely to have a good life. Since the state is going to mandate people have children they should at the hospital be able to legally sign all rights away to them. Instead of leaving babies in the dumpster just let the state raise them since the state wants them.
