There are already two states Texas and Kansas that basically say if you help someone goto another state to get an abortion they can be sued into poverty or the person that got the abortion can be criminally charged once they get back to the state that has outlawed it

It's like saying if weed is still illegal in FL and you come to NY where weed is legal and you buy or sell weed in NY once you get back in FL they can charge you that you violated FL law
