That was the same with Nitro. At best it can somewhat work, but in the end 3hrs is just too much. Smackdown just pulled a 2.3 without Roman, if they went to 3hrs they'd get the same ratings as RAW.
IMO HHH taking over was cool for a month maybe, now the weekly shows feel about like what they have for a few years now; good ring work, watchable, but also completely skippable. The PPVs are usually pretty good, just as they generally were under Vince.
Like everybody has said, Raw needs to be 2hrs, that's the only way. Individual 3 hr Raws are OK, but every week has never worked. That's one thing that hurt Nitro back in the day against Raw too, and WCW in 98 had maybe the best roster ever.
