When you're dealing with the 1%, which all these mega corporations deal with, they always dealing with a circus of some sort. Someone doesn't get to be that that high of level by being a sane, ethical, rational, and reasonable human being. You have to understand that most of the potential suitors have never done anything to do with traveling circuses. Only NBC/Universal and Disney have experience there. Can't see Netflix for example wanting to get into the live event business.
Grapsody nikkas just basically said the same stuff lol. The tables Mcmahon sitting at, dont none of them care bout all that bad press. They probably doing the same stuff or worse. When you're dealing with the 1%, which all these mega corporations deal with, they always dealing with a circus of some sort. And you think all these sports teams owners that come from outside of the live event space do? Ownership isn't there to run the company day to day, they hire people to do that. That's not what i meant. Netflix has no experience or infrastructure with live events. They actually consider themselves a tech company. it would be something completely out of their lane to buy WWE.

Your point doesn't make any sense. Most American sports teams are owned by people from outside the sports/entertainment industry. Their sports franchise ownership is their first foray into that industry. Not having previous experience in the industry is meaningless, they always keep or hire people that know how to do all the shyt they don't know how to do.That's my point. These tech companies would have to enter a space they've never been. i just don't believe they will.
WWE & NBC is like that couple that's been together for decades but refuse to get married, just put a ring on it and sit y'all asses down somewhere. This is bigger than some creative. This is 5+BILLIONS on the line. The day to day booking of his product is the least of his worries right now. 9x out of 10, NBCUniversal is going to be the buyers being that they already are licensing the content on Peacock and RAW is on USA.

You think Steve Ballmer of Microsoft was some sort of well-knowledged individual in running an NBA franchise before buying the Clippers?
Imagine if Amazon bought them and Bezos became an on screen authority figure
