Csc coaches get an already established qb or rookie phenom

Black coaches get the aidon O'Connell's, a rookie Drake maye and get fired before they can draft a phenom or the young phenom develops

Todd Bowles even got a washed up Mayfield on his third team in three years but got lucky

I'm all for black coaches getting a chance but man he was bad. Had no idea what to do with clock management, game flow, game stewardship(punts/kicks FGs when you should clearly go for it), never used his challenges. The best thing I can say about him is at least the players seemed to like him and play relatively hard

The Jets ownership is horrible
Raiders ownership is horrible
The Titans is a confused franchise , but they in a shytty division

Saints job, u have a good owner but the GM mickey loomis is terrible because he keep signing old nikkas , but they do have Kamara, chris olave, shaheed, johnson at TE and taysom hill who will be back and they in a shytty division..

if they were competent, those positions wouldn't be open all the time

I wouldn't be shocked if Brady wants Deion to coach the Raiders. They'd have to work out a trade with The Browns or Giants though, to get Shedeur.

Why? Plenty of coaches are getting zapped after one year, it's not just black dudes. We all agreed Urban Meyer had to go after 1 year and I feel the same about Mayo and Pierce. These guys suck.

I hope NFL owners stop falling for the "interim coach hot streak" momentum. You end up setting your franchise back multiple years because it almost never works. Pierce had a spark when he started but clearly struggled balancing being a players coach and being a competent coach. And his staff sucked, lets be real.
