Chargers can be formidable, but not daunting.

On some real shyt though it is fukked up that the black coaches don't get chances to grow into the role of head coach. As rookie head coaches they made their fair share of boneheaded decisions. But they're new to the job and probably should be given more time. We've seen a bunch of white head coaches that were comically bad and the ownership stuck with them and gave them the benefit of the doubt. With a black coach that leash is a lot shorter.
If you ain’t Mike Tomlin it’s literally an inside joke with these owners to hire a black coach and fire him the next year or 21 and done for 2 black coaches
