Same o words y'all use for black coaches but cac coaches do the same damn thing

I ain't heard nothing but that cac coach in ten who went 3-14

But but but he had them playing hard! He had no QB! He deserves another year!

Can a black man get a team with an established QB? Brehs always tryna turn water into wine and getting canned when thry can’t win with a drying rack at QB. The higher tier jobs go to the white coaches.

They ain’t slick.

1 and done for 2 black coaches :mjpls:
Damn black men and black women don't get no leeway and be one and done....Mayo, Pearce and even T-Spoon was one and done for Chicago Sky. One had bad roster, one didn't have a QB and one had mad injuries...

It’s a bad job. You are competing for second place for the next 5 years at best.
Jimmy Johnson stepped into a lions' den of the NFC East and took it over in 4 years. The right person can succeed, no matter the environment. Denver and Payton arent some jiggernaut. Who knows how long the Chiefs have left? Reid may be done in 3 years. Kelce is on his last legs. Chris Jones could be gone. It would be Mahomes, in a rebuild. Chargers can be formidable, but not daunting.

Jimmy Johnson did not step into a division with a dynasty in progress with a GOAT HC/QB.

No, but he stepped in a division with two former champs(NYG 86, Wash 87), who won again during his tenure(90 NYG, 91 Skins). And the Eagles were seen as a possible team of the future. That division was elite. How many years do you think Andy has left? Nothing lasts forever. Every dynasty gets dethroned. Steelers did, Niners, Cowboys, Patriots and eventually the Chiefs will

On some real shyt though it is fukked up that the black coaches don't get chances to grow into the role of head coach. As rookie head coaches they made their fair share of boneheaded decisions. But they're new to the job and probably should be given more time. We've seen a bunch of white head coaches that were comically bad and the ownership stuck with them and gave them the benefit of the doubt. With a black coach that leash is a lot shorter.

Yeah so not a Goat dynasty in progress.

Andy has at least 4 years left. And Mahomes has a minimum of 10 left. Signing up to that division is basically competing for second place the next 5 years minimum.
