I feel/respect what youre saying, but coaches have massive egos. Lets look at Kirby Smart. He went to the SEC, when Saban and Bama had won the 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2015 National Championships. He didnt duck it, he stepped right into the furnace and was able to win 2 of his own championships. Real competitors are not intimidated, they relish the challenge.
