Football coaching looks like a ponzi scheme. Can anyone tell me how I get into this racket as a young black coach? Do I need to coach a good high school program first?

Get a teaching or paraprofessional license & start at a HS with a bum ass team. Then network and go to different coaches clinics throughout the country hosted by colleges.
