Trey Wallace (a radio guy in Tennessee who has been on top of this story from the beginning) says the contract is for 7 years at $71 million dollars.

I think Gruden is overrated, but the thing about saying "he won with Gruden's players" is that the AFC champion team he beat was his players. in other words, the team he built was good enough to get to the Super Bowl, so he has to get some credit somehow.
