And I believe he’ll get immunity anyway. She’s just asking for them to word it right. The prosecution just playing tough for cameras.
So you’re basing your opinion on how you feel instead of the actual ruling that doesn’t exist yet?

:francis:

You want to be offended by Bidens corruption so bad you not even waiting for it to exist first before you get upset about it.

Then you’re on here trying to convince other people to get upset with you.

So there was discussion of a plea deal that included immunity. But that immunity was struck from the deal.

So… umm… he doesn’t get immunity then? So how can it be considered preferential treatment when the federal government didn’t even approve the deal you’re pointing at?

This is like complaining about being fired when HR said you aren’t being fired.

Hunter Biden lawyers went to court telling the judge the plea deal is real and it can’t be voided because he already signed it. :dahell: It’s literally in the articles I posted:dahell:

you make it seem like it’s some made up conspiracy :mjlol:

The judge has to approve the plea deal, be it misdemeanor court or federal court. A prosecutor and defense attorney can't make a deal on their own....the judge has to sign off on it.

In fact, judges typically get pissed off when they feel blindsided by plea negotiations.

Maybe someone should tell Hunter Biden and his lawyers? They went to court saying the deal was already approved AFTER the judge questioned the immunity and asked them to rework it. :skip:

from your own quote:

'"Noreika noted that the terms of the diversion deal were by definition outside the terms of the guilty plea deal. And judges are not supposed to approve plea deals in which promises or threats have been made outside the terms of the guilty plea paperwork.
She told the two sides to try to rework the agreement and get back to her.
But the lawyers have not been able to put the deal back together."

so the person who has to power to approve or disapprove of the plea deal.... disapproved of it...

you're saying because it was "signed' it now supersedes the power of a federal judge?

:gucci:

bro you didnt even read your own source

you just posted all the evidence that immunity was not allowed by a federal judge...

I'm not sure what to tell you.... the article itself says immunity wasn't allowed... but you keep saying it is

who should i believe
