Did the group fukk him over though? He didn’t make music so he didn’t get royalties or anything like that. But he was literally a famous world renowned DJ. He could have easily made bread doing what literally every other DJ does…by DJing. He sold drugs because he was infatuated by that. He could have easily got a radio job at damn near any radio station in the country let alone New York.
