If this goes through Trump would be up there with the GOAT presidents. Funny how Obama ain't do nothing like this, a so called black man. If democrats reject this, they can kiss the black vote goodbye.

The greatest of all time? Really? What school you fail out of?

There were actually two prison reform bills proposed by congress. Both having the support of the majority.

This bill, the one Trump is supporting, is the least expansive and progressive of the two initial proposals.

Ironically, the better bill that is being shutdown is also bi partisan, but Co sonspored by chuck Grassley and Durbin.

The only reason it hasn't been signed into law yet is Trump. He initially said he'd vote against the Grassley Durbin law saying it went too far and favored the one of his son in law.

During the interim fukkery the house and senate actually carved out a compromise that has a veto proof majority. Trump's just taking credit for something he ultimately letting stall :yeshrug:

They’ll conveniently overlook this but :salute: to you for the effort.

It’s posturing nikka! ... he doesn’t give a fukk i

stopped reading here...why does it matter so much to you dudes if somebody "cares" behind their actions

the bottom line is that something good happened, that reversed something bad. if you choose to reciprocate that by voting for him good, if not, that's good too

detach emotions from your politics, or at least try for the sake of his discussion.

and is anybody gonna answer why Barack didn't do this? without getting upset at just a question too please. :coffee:

No and we don’t need to ask this.....

Just like we ain’t asking “well why didn’t Bush do this”

Ain’t no on got time to play that game.

White privileged is on a completely different level once you get to the White House. There’s a lot of shyt Obama couldn’t do and couldn’t get away with off the strength of the color of his skin.

funny thing is when they bring up chicago, it's their way of saying "soft on crime". you can't be FOR criminal justice reform while accusing people of being soft on crime. they also use the fact that obama is the first president since the "war on crime" went into overdrive to leave office with a lower prison population than when he came into office, as proof that he was soft on crime.
