This is all by design. They could have chosen a great VP 4 years ago but they didn't. They could have groomed the next man up within these last 4 years but they didn't.
They could've told Biden to run in 2016 like everyone with common sense said. He literally could've just stood there and said he'd continue Obama's work and he'd win. Trump only won because Hillary was a perfect target

She isn't the DNC :unimpressed: that's the problem. People let their emotions sweep them up into "It's her turn!" instead of admitting she wouldn't draw in any of the necessary votes in battle states.

The Democrats are weak and didn't have the balls to tell Hillary it wasn't her turn or tell that old bytch to step down from the SC. They also rolled over like bytches and didn't make Obama pick a judge before he left as a COURTESY to the enemy party.

Why did democrat voters support him in 2020 when there were younger candidates available? Because he was the only who could beat Trump. They tried with Hillary and it failed. If Hillary can't beat Trump, there's no way in hell Kamala will.
Lol, the same people that chose Hillary chose Biden, and when his favorability dipped their arrogance took over and went with him again despite glaring weaknesses.

The "only" man for the job has a favorability in the 30s as an incumbent, behind in swing states and can't form a coherent sentence?

The same people who were saying no to Biden 2024, said no to Hillary in 2016 and when the news media can no longer cover for him, people are looking around like he got betrayed.

lol no it wouldn't guaranteed whoever replaces him will have better numbers. People aren't in love with Biden, never have been. He's ALWAYS been the "just not Trump" candidate.
In as tight a race as this, there is absolutely no way you can switch tickets this late and there not be a negative impact. And this is coming from someone who doesn’t even like Biden.

It displays weakness and uncertainty within the party which naturally leads to distrust amongst voters

Again Biden BARELY beat Trump. His margin was 44K votes that turned the electoral college (popular vote don't mean shyt)

Barely is still a victory. There’s really no one else that could convincingly sway people in their direction against Trump. For better or mostly worse Biden is the guy for the next 7 months snd when he croaks Kamala will take over.

Democrats did a HORRIBLE job grooming any type of successor knowing that Biden was going to be on his last legs

These long ass campaigns decided in the first month are a new phenomenon. That and fake conventions where the decision has already been made. We’ll have an old fashioned contested convention where delegates vote. This is NOT a new thing.
