I can't really think of any way that Mike's goons can directly implicate Walt and Jesse.

The only one that can is Mike, who obviously isn't gonna snitch. Mike ain't paying them off to protect Jesse and Walt, he's paying them off because #1 it keeps them from snitching on him and #2 it's the right thing to do....that's his people.

If they caught Mike, they ask where the meth comes from. They already found the lab, so they know the producer would be in town. Sooner or later the Feds would pin it on Walt, if not through Jesse (since he already has a record).

Amazing ep, best this season so far IMO. The "Scarface" scene was fukking crazy, you know Vince Gilligan probably had that in his pocket for a while.

Walt is on some other shyt. That was ill how he told Jesse "Gus didn't kill Victor to send us a message, he killed him to send Mike a message" aka "I'm Gus now and Mike is Victor".

The scene in the beginning of the season has me thinking Walt is about to run thru Mike with that machine he bought. We are about to see an all out war. Maybe Walt dies in gunfire? Who knows but its goin down.
