Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
That's a plausible analysis, but its better left as a theory than actually saying "this is what happened." The whole "it was all a dream" ending is probably the most overdone and trite twist ending of all time and actually doing that on the show would've pretty much ruined the whole thing. This way its left open to interpretation without making the past 5 years feel like a pointless cheat.
yea i saw the same thing on IG the other day

talking about "what if walking dead is just rick dreaming in his coma" i swear if we never see a "it was all a dream" bullshyt ass ending again, i'll be just fine

well except inception :blessed:

but they aren't complaints... reminds me of hip hop with "hating" anytime somebody raises a concern, it's automatically a complaint.. no it isn't

i wouldn't be watching the same 6 seasons from scratch if it was a complaint... i wouldn't be paying that much attention to even point stuff out

people have discussions on nonsense parts of movies/tv shows/etc all the time. doesn't make it any less than. nobody is perfect.. nothing is perfect.. and having a little fun pointing out minor shyt that makes you say "oh hell nah.. they tripping with this part" is a little funny

yes it's an amazing show... but as someone who worked in air traffic control, i know good and damn well those planes would never have hit each other.... but it advanced the story and made for a lot of underlying things as the show went on... so they made good tv out of it... doesn't change the fact it was total bullshyt, fiction or not.. and it's ok to discuss it and poke a little fun at it

you gotta lighten up breh

but yes you were right about the staff part... and hank did go back to the school and have that big ass staff meeting

Maybe I should've been clearer but the post you quoted has nothing to do with the thread in general. It was specifically about people trying to turn the ending into a fantasy, or dream sequence, or some other weird shyt. It goes from "hey guys, let's have fun pointing out plot holes" into "let me rewrite the entire last episode".

Now, you might say "Fred, if you don't have a problem why were you arguing with me before that?"....go look directly after your post breh. People @ me specifically to spar with you. Because it's entertaining for them. It happens often on this board. Maybe I'm a sucker for falling for it but it's entertaining to me too.

So nah, I'm chilling. Don't take me defending my points as anger, or seriousness.

read the whole thread and if these are the best y'all can do for plot hole examples then i'd say they did a pretty good job :obama:

In the previous ep they posted the picture as a warning if he tried to escape. He obviously grabbed the picture. :manny:

Just started watching this again. How fukking stupid was Hank

By episode 4, Walt should have been in jail

Recap:

Crazy 8 was a dea snitch directly to Hank. He snitches on his cousin

Walt asks Hank to please go on that ride along

Next thing crazy 8 and cousin go missing

Hank finds gas mask that belongs to Walt's school

Hank finds more cook stuff missing from Walt's school

Walt is 1 of maybe 4 people to have access to all the missing stuff. 1 of 1 to know what to take

Hank finds out meth is purest of all time. Dea lab guy says he couldn't even make that

Hank knows Walt is chemistry teacher and former company genius with cancer no money and nothing to lose

Hank knows new player is in town

Doesn't even question the nikka

Future clues will always lead to Walt. Still never questions him. Not once.

This would be fine if he was some bumbling idiot. He's the smartest guy in his office and constantly being promoted and awarded. But never once even asks the question of "maybe it's Walt"

He stupid in real life..he thought twitter worked like google

The show is basically a cartoon. So much dumb shyt.

But it's entertaining dumb shyt :yeshrug:

I could never consider it a tier 0 show for those reasons though.

Part of me thinks the show should have ended with Walt waking up from a dream of snapping out of a day dream right after he gets told he has cancer. A lot of things that happen seem like a fantasy for a middle-aged, weak man with no real understanding of the underworld. Nazis, giant magnets, cartels, gentleman crime bosses, train robberies, poison.

It feels like a man who was raised on golden and silver comics fantasy about the last year of his life.

I always thought it woulda been funny in episode one he gets told he has inoperable cancer cancer and hes gona die soon...so he never returns to the doctor n does all this shyt...but in reality a nurse or some shyt fukked up n put the wrong paper work in his folder and the doctor is a idiot that didnt notice and season 5 the doctor says he walt good news u dont have cancer paperwork got messed up:mjgrin::mjgrin::mjgrin:

We kinda got a version of this when his cancer went into remission, which fukked up his original time line. Because he was operating under the assumption he'd be dead long before he'd have to face the consequences of his actions.

Glad you're not a writer. That plot was used by the most trash, embarrassing TV show in the last 10 years: Empire.

The used ALS instead of cancer tho :snoop:
