Notice it’s only them co-ops and condos…. trust and believe Hotels make sure their buildings are up to code and the city of Miami make sure their up to code because the city knows it’s easy money from fines that they will get from the hotel owners ASAP..
Them condo and coop owners money ain’t that long and most try to pass off the maintenance cost to the building residents.. It’s going to be more condos and coops that will have to issue evacuation orders in Miami in the coming days and weeks
