Preventable tragedies like this always make you shake your head. It's one thing to pass away in a tragic car accident or plane crash when you leave your home...but home is supposed to be a safe, sacred spot. I can only speak for Florida, but a lot of these construction workers down here be working zooted. So you got the engineer trimming design patterns to save estimated costs, the foreman trimming that even more cause he’s lazy, then you got the dudes actually doing the work working with Bobby Brown jaw.
