During the adidas track pants phase a couple years ago.. literally I seen were nikkas roxking adidias tracks with Js.

I'm with the group that is against the mismatching of brands. I agree that I see it a lot with the adidas track pants with j's, but I still hate it and would never do it personally. To each his own, I just can't fukk with it

I'm far from the most fashion savvy but most tried not to mismatch sportswear brands in their outfits growing up (Nike, Adidas, Reebok,etc). You had a Nike tee on, you wore Nike shoes with it. The outfit had to match if all pieces were athletic brands. The 19th street bus gang would call you out for having a mismatched, fukked up dress code as they called it. I never had many track suits or athletic sportswear clothing brands growing up so I never really had to pay attention.
Guess I'm a corny nikka cuz I rocked tech fleece pants with my yeezys the other day

Some of the dopest hoodies I own are Puma hoodies - I own 1 pair of Puma boots, and I ain't tryna break them out every time I wear them. Since adidas track pants were mentioned, those definitely look best with adidas 3 stripe shoes like Superstars (black and white for both specifically), but that's an iconic fashion look, any other brand with any other brand I wouldn't blink an eye at.
If mismatching is corny, then trying to match every piece of gear and be a walking billboard for a brand can be looked at as corny too.
