Going against the grain here... Foams are
well foam's are an acquired taste.
like i don't and won't personally like the spike colorway for me to rock.
i would if i could own a pair just for how distinct they are and the progression of flourescent dyes like those are done in.
i hate orange as a base in color for clothing, too.
yet given what they commemorate,..and how interesting a chip foose dye like paint job quality they are.
it make those foams a collectible.
i also think the original black anthracite foam is a pioneer and goat in its distinction.
for advancing design materials and ideas for an athletic shoe.
i did not like those originally but in hindsight i wish i would have bought them.
as i love my jordan i foams.
which were a must have in the evolutuon of black premium nike bball line of gym shoes.
which was lenghtened by those foams.
so i don't hate on the spike 40 colorway because i know from the advancement And uses of dyes and components of a shoe.
the foams in that colorway signal some new and adventurous extensions to old and new shoes in the future.
foams are progressive,...to the point if i saw those black anthracite joints in the store physically out.
without a hassle to grab them.
i would probably cop,....but since i got my jordan i's it is like,..ah, forget it, if i pass them buy,..and regret it later,..cause they Are some foams.
like i should kick my self for not buying the bron anthracite foam's.
