Wonder Woman's numbers are lowkey impressive, the more you look at it and put it in perspective.

4th highest grossing solo movie of all time, and legged it out after having a lower opening weekend than all but 3 movies in the top 20. :ehh:
Wonder Woman had among the best legs of any super hero film of all time.

Also it did really well at the box office :troll:

It was a cultural phenomenon. I think Wonder Woman '84 will probably do less domestically but it should still do very well and Patty Jenkins seems to know what she's doing.

I'm pleased to see The Meg's actuals are even higher than the weekend estimate. We need more summer movies like The Meg. That's what summer is about.

Black kkklansman with excellent legs. Good shyt.

The Peter berg-mark Wahlberg connection with yet another flop. Should just call them the white privilege duo.

Good hold for the Meg.

People want to see films with casts that are not always all white?!? Who knew! :troll:

An Shyamalan like twist to see Marky mark beat by Asians :mjpls:

I still need to get to the theaters to see Fallout :snoop:

The buzz seemed to ramp up for Crazy Rich Asians this past week. For a romantic comedy or comedy in general, those are good numbers. The book sequels will definitely get a green light going forward.

I don't think I've seen a single trailer or marketing for Alpha :dwillhuh:
