I agree about the body shots, Thurman gotta work on taking them bytches. Other than that, dude is one of the most accurate punchers you will ever see, can fight and win at ANY style, and can connect clean punches from any angle. If u don't see possible greatness out of dawg then I don't know what to tell you. He handled the pressure from Porter EASILY. Poster is no scrub nikka, of course he was not gone get dominated. But he clearly lost that fight, he lost the fight that was fought in HIS areas of comfort. It was the fight that HE wanted to fight, and he lost. It is what it is.
How I been hating thurman, I'm just stating what I see, I was big on a thurman at first, but he been exposed in his last 4 fights, he was perceived as great and he's not, he's not the dynamic puncher people were claiming he was, he's not that guy. Porter doesn't have good punching power, he hurt thurman more than thurman hurt him in that fight, also he normal does land accurate punches, but in this fight especially those left hooks, they were more like slaps he didn't turning his fist over on a lot of those, and they looked more devastating than they actually were.
I never said Porter was a scrub, I never said Thurman was a scrub, he's just not great.
How is he getting exposed though? We all know that the better the comp the fewer the knockouts. He's still winning, still undefeated, and is fighting better opps.
Porter did not hurt Thurman more. No.

What is crazy is watching from TV the crowd oohed and aahed more from Thurman's punches throughout the whole fight. Only those body punches that hurt Thurman seemed to get them going and between rounds all the highlights were of Thurman that the crowd was making
noises. Then they booed at the decision.Honestly was surprised they rocked so hard with Porter.
But I was surprised so many thought Porter won. Close yes, but Thurman seemed to get the better of the action in most spots, landed the harder shots, cleaner shots, and the wider rounds were Thurman rounds.

. He only stunned him 1 time with the body shot, and the stun barely lasted 5 seconds my nikka. He was right back connecting punches literally seconds later. Thurman stunned him at least 4 times. Thurman's times stunning him ain't last long either. Both of them nikkas got heart like a mothafukka, I love that shyt.Thurman is a good power punched, GREAT AT ACCURACY, AND GREAT AT LANDING PUNCHES FROM DIFFERENT ANGLES. Porter manhandled him for one, he hit Porter with his best shots and couldn't come close to dropping him. The last time he "rocked" Porter wasn't even hurt just unbalanced, also when Thurman hit Porter with a big shot Porter threw back in didn't retreat, it was only one time he got quickly tied up and was hurt, Porter hurt Thurman everytime he had him against the ropes man this nikka body was red lmao, he was beating his ass like a slab of ribs out rocky lmao.
Thurman was the one breathing hard in the corner not Porter, but yall only count "big shots" yeah thurman landed a few left hooks in rounds he was losing to steal them in the judges eyes.
It was a close fight, but Thurman scored when he needed to, could've went either way, but the fact Porter bullied him so easily, doesn't bode well for Thurman agaisnt the likes of a Kell Brook or Spence who are strong guys.
Porter also walked through his jab literally felt it was no threat lmao, He respected Broner's punching power more than Keith's lmao

Yeah when Thurman would box and get his shots off and get out everyone was
he needs to just realize that he is a boxer man, quit looking for the ko so hard it's fukking w his stamina and he ends up eating shots he shouldn't & makes his job harder overall. This is the reason I stay 
on dudes who call shyt boring, I like Thurman but is going to be the reason he takes his first L. Probably one of my favorite fight I've seen live shyt def lived up to the hype. Going to rewatch tomorrow and see if there was anything I missed.

HOW THE HELL WAS HE SMASHING HIM ON THE ROPES WHEN THURMAN PUNCHED HIS WAY OFF THE ROPES EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Porter did not dominate him on the ropes, Thurman had no issues while pressed up against. That's Porters game, I don't expect it to get completely neutralized, but if u can sit up here and say he dominated Thurman on the ropes then u are the love child of Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder.
And if that's the case, WHY THE HELL COULD PORTER NOT GET HIM AGAINST THE ROPES AT ALL IN THE 2ND HALF OF THE FIGHT. Thurman was not running, he was not holding, he was throwing clean ass punches every time. Porter could not even walk him down that far without getting chin checked. So actually, he did neutralize that shyt later in the fight. U were watching that fight with hate blinders on fam
