she herself testified that she shot the guy in his house... any threat she perceived was due to her self admitted mistake of where she was so it's not a lawful excuse. so her testimony alone is enough to convict her and she can't say that it wasn't reliable
what conspiracy people don't understand is his testimony didn't make or break the case.
This story is way to convenient on multiple levels for me.
He was not shot at the Southside Flats (Guyger crime scene) though. He was shot at a different complex, he moved.
2 reasons I came up with.Why would you take someone’s gun who shot at you and ride off?
They took the gun after killing Brown and shot the other dude and making it look like Brown shot first so they can claim self defense.
Or
Probably so they wouldn't be linked to the dude that got shot that was with them. That gun links them.
At this point I don't know what to believe.
That's why I'm washing my hands of the whole case around Botham Jean.
