Himawari(Borutos's little sister) or Sarada would've been better main characters than Boruto. Himawari with the Byakugan and Uzumaki chakra AND Boruto's eye would've been dope asf. nikkas just terrified to make a female mc for some reason...

I was a pretty big Naruto fan all the way up until the end but I haven't gotten into Boruto at all. My main gripe is that the characters just seem like clones of their parents, which is boring.

I'm not even gonna lie, this shyt just now started to get exciting like 2 episodes ago. They really fleshed out the Momoshiki arc and made the fights better. The next episode is apparently completely new animation.

Boruto might actually turn out being a great anime because even though I don't like him, characters like him don't really exist in Shonen anime. He's a natural talent with an esteemed family background and a born prodigy, but is lazy as fukk and unsure of his own abilities to the point where he cheats to make his own father proud of him.

Both the manga and anime are getting into stride. Like I said earlier, this series is going to take a very dark turn.

I can't get into it but would like to know.

Whatever it is, I'm assuming it's more powerful that the Byakugan, Sharingan, Rennigan and the moon's eye combined. It probably what will make him much more powerful than Naruto. Also adding that this nikka can absorb jutsu and do God knows what with it. He could probably teleport to different dimensions when he gets older too and if he's trained by Sasuke he'll probably have Yondaime's speed with that sword.

The characters are more like evolved versions of their predecessors. Boruto will probably be more like Naruto's father and Sasuke and also more serious after his father's death.

Edit: Kawaki's skills seem trash other than sharing that shyt with Boruto. He could turn his arms into weapons?
