I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume "reimagined" refers to the new art style
There's literally a show called "Dear White People" yet nikkas are concerned The Boondocks, with the creator on board, is going to be neutered.
The South Park comparison is an apt one, btw. The creators being white doesn't matter since a bunch of white dudes are the ones who have got caught up in cancel culture
