When White people live in poverty, they live far apart, and isolated. The poor black areas have people clustered together, with higher population density. Thus, more opportunities for conflict, and more people who have the potential to become criminals.

This is why you can't quickly end a conversation because you have to get deeper. White countries destroyed in WW2 were rebuilt with foreign aid. The Marshall plan gave over $12 billion dollars in economic recovery programs to rebuild war-torn countries in western Europe. They also aided Japan with over $2 billion dollars.

Devil's advocate #2(What about Haiti? They were given billions of dollars in aid!) Most of that money didn't go to helping the people and rebuilding the country but more towards shyt like luxury hotels and other stuff owned by Non-black people.
