You still have 600 million listens though as opposed to the 100 million left of Infamous. Roughly 25% of 2001 listens come from other songs on the album. Whereas roughly 16-17% of Infamous come from other songs on the album. 83% of the listens of Infamous is three songs. And there's this:

At least 6 tracks of one album have to be streamed to make streams count for the album, with 12 tracks being the maximum counted.
So pretty comparable numbers. I’m not sure what you’re point is here.

Because an album is more than three songs. It's literally the reason why the RIAA has an album equivalent rule in place. It prevents one song from being equivalent to an album.

So are you saying 2001 isn’t an album for RIAA certification purposes? What does that have to do with what we are discussing?

Singles =/= albums and single song plays from an album doesn't really mean it counted for album streams.

None of this applies to any of the albums www are discussing as they all have more than 6 songs. This is why Kanye did the seven song album format.

You're not getting it:

At least 6 tracks of one album have to be streamed to make streams count for the album

Meaning, I can't just go and stream 30+ seconds of one song and it count as a listen for the entire album.

You're not getting it. To prove my point "Gangsta's Paradise" has nearly 900 million streams. If one song counted in the total tally for an album, that one song would put Coolio's album in the list of most streamed albums, but it is not there. It would be higher than The Score and Miseducation.

Yeah I’m definitely not getting it. You seem to be saying that album streams only qualify for the amount that the sixth most popular song on the album has? That’s not my understanding at all. I’m going to need a link to what you’re talking about so I can evaluate it myself.
Also - are you still talking about the 100 hip hop albums list? Neither Lauryn or the Fugees album appears on that list. What list are you referring to?

A person has to listen to at least six songs from an album for it to count towards the album itself. We can kind of see how Dre's 2001 has so many listens. Songs from that album dominates his top 10 list:

Here is the most streamed Hip Hop albums of the 90's:
