Well this etf is 3 times leveraged. So it should provide 3 times the return but could also give 3 times the losses.
I know @OSUBaneBrowns owns it or did. He might be able to tell you more.
UWTI is doing a reverse stock split on the 10th, so if you are thinking about buying shares it better to do it now before the price goes up. If you feel that the price is about to go up, go for it but invest with money that you are willing to lose. Also keep track of the news and the stock to see if you are comfortable with it.
